Pro Landscaper Business Award Winner 2020

We were delighted to be announced winners of the ‘Grounds Maintenance’ category– at the Pro Landscaper Business Awards 2020, held at the stunning East Wintergarden in Canary Wharf on Friday 7th February. The Pro Landscaper Business Awards bring together the landscaping community to celebrate the excellent standards set within our industry and look at how well they run their businesses. This is the second time Nurture have been awarded winners of the Grounds Maintenance category, having originally been awarded it in 2017. The judging panel, made up of people not just within the landscaping industry but from other highly successful businesses, look at profitability, corporate social responsibility, client-supplier relationships and their commitment to the industry, to shortlist and decide on the overall winners

The grounds maintenance award category takes account of the crucial everyday maintenance tasks which many take for granted and looks at criteria such as staff training and development, investment in apprentices and corporate social responsibility.

Judges comments:

“The Nurture story is remarkable. Its growth in a sustained way over the last ten years is truly exceptional. This entry is a very positive story of growth and success based on simple core values. It will be interesting to follow the implementation of the ‘Nurture Academy’ an initiative that identifies and fast tracks the rising stars within the business. It was good to see the company listed in the 2019 Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 league table, which ranks Britain’s 100 private companies with the fastest-growing sales over their latest three years.”
