Nurture celebrates Green Flag Award success across multiple managed sites

Nurture is proud to celebrate a number of Green Flag Award successes across the UK, recognising the high standards of grounds maintenance delivered by our teams in partnership with clients.

The Green Flag Award is an internationally recognised benchmark for well-managed parks and green spaces, celebrating sites that are welcoming, sustainably managed and support both people and nature.

This year’s Green Flag Award-winning sites maintained by Nurture include:

Supporting biodiversity at
Aztec West Business Park

Working in partnership with Workman, the team at Aztec West Business Park has transformed the landscape through a range of biodiversity improvements designed to benefit both people and wildlife.

Enhancements include new wildflower areas, bird boxes, insect hotels, habitat piles and a nature trail around the South Lake, alongside pollinator-friendly planting and landmark biodiversity features throughout the park. These improvements have helped create a greener, more engaging environment for the thousands of people who visit and work at the site each day.

A long-term commitment to Clarks Village

Nurture is currently delivering a 10-year grounds maintenance contract at Clarks Village, where dedicated on-site gardeners help care for the outlet centre’s extensive landscaped areas.

Recent initiatives have included new native hedgerows, wildflower planting, an insect hotel and the introduction of almost entirely battery-powered grounds maintenance equipment, supporting the site’s wider environmental ambitions while creating attractive spaces for visitors and wildlife alike.
