The Ice Master portal is our secure, easy-to-use online system that gives you 24/7 visibility and control over your winter maintenance services. You can track gritting and snow clearance in real time, view planned and completed visits, and access detailed service records from any device.

You can request additional services, cancel scheduled visits (by 2.00pm), apply holiday shutdowns, and review seasonal coverage – all in one place. This makes managing multi-site winter maintenance straightforward and efficient.
Can I see live updates of work in progress?
Yes. The portal provides live status updates for each site, showing when gritting or snow clearance is triggered, completed, and documented. This gives you peace of mind without needing to be on site.
What if I need help outside normal business hours?

How will you communicate with me and keep me informed?
Whenever a site is activated for service from the weather forecast, an activation email will be sent to all pre-defined persons. Once the site is serviced, a secondary completion email is sent. At the end of each month a complete service visit report will be sent. All servicing data can also be accessed through the Ice Master portal.
