You can request additional services, cancel scheduled visits (by 2.00pm), apply holiday shutdowns, and review seasonal coverage – all in one place. This makes managing multi-site winter maintenance straightforward and efficient.

Can I see live updates of work in progress?

Yes. The portal provides live status updates for each site, showing when gritting or snow clearance is triggered, completed, and documented. This gives you peace of mind without needing to be on site.

 

What if I need help outside normal business hours?

Our UK-based Job Control Helpdesk operates 24/7 throughout the winter season. Whether you have an urgent request, a last-minute change, or an emergency, you can speak directly to our support team at any time.

Will I have a dedicated account manager?

How will you communicate with me and keep me informed?

Whenever a site is activated for service from the weather forecast, an activation email will be sent to all pre-defined persons. Once the site is serviced, a secondary completion email is sent. At the end of each month a complete service visit report will be sent. All servicing data can also be accessed through the Ice Master portal.

Do I still get direct communication from Nurture Winter Gritting?

Absolutely. Alongside the portal, we provide proactive email notifications for service activations and completions, plus clear updates during severe weather events.

How do I access service reports?

Via our Ice Master portal, which gives you 24/7 access to:
