News Planet Mark award year 3 Date: 30th November 2020 Share: Director Chris Turner is delighted to confirm that Rokill has received its third year Planet Mark certification, achieving an absolute carbon reduction of 10.5% over the previous year. The period measured was from April 2019 to March 2020. Our team has worked hard this year to reduce our Carbon footprint through more efficient driving, supported by advanced vehicle telematics to produce driver behaviour league tables. We are committed to delivering further reductions in our carbon footprint through initiatives. Our company fleet is our major target for improvement and we have recently placed orders for hybrid vehicles meaning over 60% of our cars will be hybrids in 2021. As part of the latest Planet Mark review our Social Value contribution was assessed and our impact on society was calculated to be £539,643, we are really proud of this figure, and reflects positively on the values of our company and our team.
