Considerations for making the shortlist include sustainable growth, positive or disruptive sector impact, innovation in products or services, and customer engagement. Market Disruptor of the Year – Medium or Large Business: This award celebrates businesses that have identified and capitalised on market opportunities to influence customer behaviour and disrupt the status quo. The judges were looking for evidence of consistent growth and the effective implementation of strategies that have significantly impacted their industry or sector. The Growing Business Awards, now in its 26th year, celebrates the exceptional achievements of the UK’s most successful businesses and the people behind them. The awards highlight outstanding performance across a variety of sectors, championing companies that demonstrate innovation, customer dedication, and market impact. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in November, also taking place in London.
