Nurture Landscapes’ Ahtraeo Punter named in Pro Landscaper’s 30 Under 30: The Next Generation 2025

We are delighted to share that Ahtraeo Punter, Assistant Contracts Manager at Nurture Landscapes, has been recognised in Pro Landscaper’s prestigious 30 Under 30: The Next Generation awards. This accolade highlights the most impressive young talent in the landscaping industry and celebrates Ahtraeo’s dedication, leadership, and vision for the sector.

Ahtraeo has worked in landscaping and horticulture for over a decade, beginning his career with a horticulture apprenticeship in 2013. Since joining Nurture Landscapes in 2017, he has steadily progressed through the business, from operative to team leader, supervisor, and now assistant contracts manager.

In his current role, Ahtraeo combines hands-on site work with client management and project planning. He is passionate about mentoring colleagues and has already supported several team members into leadership roles. A reflection of his belief in knowledge-sharing and creating opportunities for the next generation.

Championing sustainability and biodiversity

Sustainability and biodiversity are central to Ahtraeo’s vision for the future of landscaping. He is currently completing his Level 3 NVQ in Management to strengthen his leadership skills, with the aim of shaping projects that balance functionality, beauty, and ecological resilience.

Looking ahead, Ahtraeo hopes to leave a lasting mark on the sector by:

Advocating for sustainability and biodiversity at the heart of every project
Inspiring young people to join the industry and discover its creativity and purpose
Encouraging greater diversity across the workforce to bring fresh ideas and perspectives
Supporting initiatives with schools, including at nursery and primary levels, to spark early curiosity about green spaces
