This accolade highlights the most impressive young talent in the landscaping industry and celebrates Ahtraeo’s dedication, leadership, and vision for the sector. Ahtraeo has worked in landscaping and horticulture for over a decade, beginning his career with a horticulture apprenticeship in 2013. Since joining Nurture Landscapes in 2017, he has steadily progressed through the business, from operative to team leader, supervisor, and now assistant contracts manager. In his current role, Ahtraeo combines hands-on site work with client management and project planning. He is passionate about mentoring colleagues and has already supported several team members into leadership roles. A reflection of his belief in knowledge-sharing and creating opportunities for the next generation. Championing sustainability and biodiversity Sustainability and biodiversity are central to Ahtraeo’s vision for the future of landscaping. He is currently completing his Level 3 NVQ in Management to strengthen his leadership skills, with the aim of shaping projects that balance functionality, beauty, and ecological resilience.
