Our EDI approach is rooted in our company values – especially Respect, Integrity, and Diversity – and fully aligned with the Equality Act 2010. We oppose and avoid all forms of discrimination, including:

  • Harassment and sexual harassment
  • Victimisation
  • Disability discrimination and failure to provide reasonable adjustments

We extend these commitments not just to employees, but also to job applicants, clients, contractors, suppliers, and visitors – in the workplace, on-site, and during work-related events.
