for horticulture, growing with a purpose to create a better world
In 2008, Peter Fane’s passion for horticulture inspired the creation of the Nurture Group, a grounds maintenance, landscaping and green workplace services brand built on a simple yet powerful idea: to offer high-quality services at a competitive price while fostering lasting relationships with clients.
At Nurture Group, we don’t just offer services; we build partnerships.
By taking the time to truly understand your business and needs, we ensure that our solutions are perfectly aligned to support your goals.
From our first conversation to ongoing service delivery, we work with you to solve problems, enhance your environment, and help your business thrive. We believe in the power of strong, collaborative relationships to create long-term success.
Growing
The Nurture Group is more than just the UK’s leading grounds maintenance, landscaping and green workplace services company – we’re a partner you can trust to support your business through every season. Founded on a commitment to delivering high-quality services and building lasting relationships, we aim to be your go-to partner for all your outdoor and indoor maintenance needs.
When Peter Fane founded Nurture in 2008, he set out with a clear and focused strategy: to build a business grounded in long-term relationships, quality service, and environmental responsibility.
The vision was to specialise in landscape maintenance for both the corporate and private sectors, creating stable, recurring income streams while delivering best-in-class customer service through a team of permanent, dedicated professionals. From the very beginning, understanding our clients’ businesses and championing sustainable practices were central to our approach.
That vision has remained unchanged – but the scale of our ambition has grown. Today, Nurture Group is the UK’s leading provider of exterior and interior maintenance services, offering a fully integrated range of solutions that includes grounds maintenance, landscape construction, arboriculture, plant displays, winter gritting services, and pest control.
Our growth has been both organic and strategic. Through the acquisition of likeminded, specialist businesses – each bringing unique expertise and strong local relationships – we’ve expanded our capabilities and national reach while staying true to our core values. Across the country, our clients benefit from locally delivered services with the strength and support of a trusted national group.
From a four-person team to a workforce of over 4,500, our journey has been defined by a commitment to people, purpose, and progress. And we’re just getting started.
