Standard Pest Control Service Schedule
We recommend this service for small to medium sized commercial premises.
Your Standard Service Schedule includes:
Additional pests may be included by agreement between the client and Nurture Pest Control.

Pests Excluded from contract but inspected for:
- Birds
- Non-rodent vertebrate pests, for example, foxes, squirrels, rabbits, moles and feral cats.
- Tropical Ant species, including Pharaoh Ants & Ghost Ants
- Flies
- Booklice
- Wasps
- Bees
Benefits
- Normally 8 detailed inspections (this can be increased to 12, 26 or a bespoke number specific to the needs of the site) and any treatments required from one of our qualified technicians per annum at regular intervals for the premises covered by the Service Schedule.
- Precautionary baits will be maintained and changed regularly in areas of high risk.
- Pest infestations will be treated as necessary.
- A follow up service will be carried out to ensure the successful eradication of a rodent or specified insect infestation, normally within 14 days. Any follow up treatments for the specified pests are free of charge.
- Infestation by pests other than those listed above will be reported to the client together with recommendations for eradication.
Reporting
On every visit to the premises being serviced, Nurture Pest Control technicians:
- Report to the nominated pest control representative on arrival to discuss any reports of infestation.
- Complete and provide you with a copy of the Nurture Pest Control Treatment/Inspection
- Report detailing any infestation found and any conditions which could adversely affect the control of pests on the premises at the end of each treatment. This is now required under current legislation.
- Discuss the findings with the nominated pest control representative

We recommend this to any company that needs to comply with a third party auditing standard, whether SALSA, BRCGS, or one used by the UK supermarkets.
Your Service Level is tailored to your requirements after discussing with your local surveyor. They remain your main contact for when the required reviews are scheduled.

- A bespoke service determined through analysis of risk to your product, as stipulated by BRC Food Manufacturing Standard.
- Detailed inspections and treatments carried out by one of our qualified technicians at intervals tailored to the needs of the premises as outlined in the Service Schedule.
- Precautionary baits will be maintained and changed regularly in areas of high risk.
- Infestation by the scheduled pests will be treated as necessary. The follow up regime (as agreed previously) will be carried out to ensure the successful eradication of an infestation.
- Infestation by pests other than those listed above will be reported to the client together with recommendations and a quotation for eradication.
- Annual UV tube renewal, servicing packages for a variety of electronic and glue board fly killers, and optional catchtray analysis to identify trends, with LED tubes serviced every three years in line with the manufacturer’s guidance.
- Emergency service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Free inhouse insect ID
- Optional digital photos within reports.
- Trend analysis carried out by our Field Biologists.
- We offer a Client Portal that provides detailed insights into pest and fly count trends, along with tracking of Actions (Open, WIP, Closed), accreditations, and certifications. The Portal also allows Key Account groups to remotely monitor activities across multiple sites without needing to travel to individual locations.
- We also offer a physical folder, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available for auditors.
Premier Report Service
On every visit to the premises being serviced, the technicians of Nurture Pest Control will:
- On arrival report to the nominated pest control representative to discuss any reports on infestation.
- At the end of each treatment, complete and provide you with a copy of the Nurture Pest Control Treatment/Inspection Report, detailing any infestation found and any conditions which could adversely affect the control of pests on the premises.
- Discuss the findings with the nominated pest control representative.
- In addition, a minimum of one Field Biologist visit per annum to provide quality assurance and detailed type written report.
