Bed bugs, the tiny (adults up to 6mm long) nocturnal pests that feed on human blood, have become an escalating concern globally. Their resilience and ability to spread rapidly make them a formidable adversary, particularly in densely populated areas. A concerning issue has emerged regarding the rising prevalence of bed bug infestations, not least fuelled by the recent Rugby World Cup in France. The inevitability of these unwanted hitchhikers returning with travellers to the UK poses a significant threat, especially through transport hubs such as airports, ports, and trains.  Read more

As part of Nurture’s ESG goals to nurture children’s gardening skills, knowledge, and an interest in the environment, we have assisted Broughton Shopping Park in donating over 3,000 daffodil bulbs to approximately 20 primary schools in the local Broughton area. This initiative is in preparation for the celebration of St. David’s Day in March 2024. Read more

The collaborative effort between Turner Prize-winning collective Assemble, Local Works Studio, Studio Dekka, Aswarm, Webb Yates, and Central Saint Martins brings to life a unique and sustainable festive experience.
