Nurture Group sets the standard with Employer of the Year Award success

The Nurture Group has been named Employer of the Year - Medium or Large Business at the prestigious Growing Business Awards 2024. The Employer of the Year award recognises and celebrates companies that place their employees at the heart of their operations, demonstrating exceptional engagement, development, and motivation strategies that drive both employee satisfaction and business growth.

The Growing Business Awards, now in its 26th year, celebrates the exceptional achievements of the UK’s most successful businesses and the people behind them. The awards highlight outstanding performance across a variety of sectors, championing companies that demonstrate innovation, customer dedication, and market impact.

Nurture was shortlisted in an incredible five categories at this year’s Awards, highlighting the Group’s all-around commitment to excellence:

The judges’ comments were testament to Nurture’s ethos: "Nurture Group demonstrated a comprehensive approach to the engagement, development, and progression of their people at every level.
