Nurture Landscapes Holdings Limited, referred to as The Nurture Group, commits to paying the Real Living Wage to all staff over the age of eighteen (excluding apprentices). The move to become a Real Living Wage employer epitomises our commitment to supporting our nationwide teams and enabling them to progress in their careers, including younger employees at the beginning of their career path. W​​​​​e are delighted to announce that we have achieved carbon neutral status in accordance with the global PAS 2060 standard. Working with ECA Business Energy, an independent energy management advice company, we spent the last 12months evaluating the Nurture Landscapes Group’s business processes and operations. This was a lengthy task with us having several regional offices nationwide, a fleet of over 700 vehicles and a workforce of over 1250 employees, so it was a great achievement to accomplish this four years ahead of our original target date of 2025. 25 years ago, John Beavan installed a beehive at his allotment with the hope of aiding the pollination of his plants. Now at The Nurture Landscapes Group, he is part of a growing team overseeing more than 100 hives across 50 of the sites Nurture maintains nationwide.
