Nurture Group ESG
Biodiversity refers to the variety of life on Earth and the way in which plants, animals and micro-organisms form different ecosystems and react with the air, water and soil.
What Does it mean to the Nurture Group?
In line with our Vision, Mission and Values, we are committed to our Environmental, Social and Governance Strategy through the culture we embrace as one team.
“We passionately care about the environment. Not only are we actively working to reduce our environmental impact, but we are also influencing our suppliers and our customers to collaborate in best environmental practice. We see our Societal footprint as being equally important and strive to ensure that our colleagues wellbeing is taken care of, and that we have a positive impact on the communities in which we operate and live”
Our commitment to ESG can be measured by our passion to become a Certified B Corp.
We showcase our support for conservation by proudly being corporate members of seven conservation societies:
- Bumblebee Conservation Trust
- Bat Conservation Trust
- British Trust for Ornithology (BTO)
- Butterfly Conservation
- BugLife - The Invertebrate Conservation Trust
How can we help you?
Nurture has the expertise to produce a Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) to identify, map and evaluate the biodiversity resource, and identify opportunities to manage and enhance biodiversity for wildlife and people.
Using a BAP to improve outside space, provides enjoyment, education and wellbeing for occupants and visitors alike and creates opportunities for collaboration and partnering with external bodies.
Nurture can help prepare and implement BAP plans and the initiative has been widely embraced among internal and external stakeholders.
We have worked with a number of organisations, helping them achieve their own environmental and corporate social responsibility goals.
